Our bartenders (admins) set the tone of the roomβmaintaining calm waters, steady vibes, and responsible fun. This code outlines the standards that keep Kraken Heads welcoming, safe, and consistently enjoyable.
Bartenders: Curators of Atmosphere & Guardians of Good Judgment
1. Administrative Matters Stay Behind the Bar
Handle dot/bounce issues and internal discussions through admin whisper. Public chat is for guests, not governance. Admin chat is NOT for making fun of room members.
2. Mic Management with Professional Restraint
Avoid making administrative actions from the mic unless absolutely necessary. Authority is most effective when delivered with subtlety.
3. Dialogue Before Discipline
Use conversation to resolve issues whenever possible. Reserve dots and bounces for repeat offenders or those returning under deceptive names.
4. Document All Bounces
Report bounces to a super admin with a brief explanation. Screenshots are encouragedβthey provide clarity and support consistent enforcement.
5. No Personal Dots or Bounces
Decisions must be impartial. Treat every guest with fairness, even when theyβre someone you're not fond of. You may not dot or bounce someone simply because you do not like them.
6. Age Verification is Mandatory
If someone appears under 1, check their profile. No age listed or minor status stated means they must be bounced. Notify the bouncers for followβup.
7. Children on Cam Require Immediate Action
A child briefly passing by is understandable. A child present on cam is not permitted. Notify, apply a dot if needed, and remove it once the situation is corrected. If the guest ignores the request, the dot remains.
8. Deβescalate, Donβt Escalate
If a guest is simply annoying but not breaking rules, encourage the use of ignore/block features. Avoid inserting yourself into personal disputes.
9. Respect Private Chats
Whispers and PMs are not monitored or policed. Guests are free to communicate privately without admin intervention.
10. Guide the Room Back to Calm Waters
If conversation drifts into sensitive or volatile topics (illness, war, religion, politics, violence), gently redirect toward lighter, inclusive subjects.
11. Life Comes First
If realβworld responsibilities arise, step away. Bartending is important, but being human matters more.
12. Link Sharing Requires Caution
Regulars and admins may share links at their own discretion. Unknown users posting suspicious linksβespecially scams or adult contentβshould be bounced promptly and banned.

Our bouncers uphold the integrity of the room with calm authority, fairness, and discretion. These guidelines ensure consistency, professionalism, and a smooth experience for every guest.
1. Bartender (admin) Standards Apply to You as Well
You operate under the same expectations of professionalism, respect, and consistency. Different role, same ship, same code.
2. Address Disagreements Privately
Never correct, challenge, or discipline admins or fellow supers in public chat or admin whisper. Handle concerns through private channels. Professional discretion protects both the team and the roomβs atmosphere. Nobody wants to be called out in the group.
3. All Bans Must Be Logged in Viber
Every ban requires documentation. No anonymous bans. Clear records ensure transparency, accountability, and continuity across supers.
4. Assign Hats Only to Active Contributors
Hats are for individuals who support the roomβs flow, energy, and communityβnot for idle guests or random passersby.
5. Hat Removals Require Team Consensus
Do not remove someoneβs hat independently. Discuss the situation with the admin team before taking action. Consistency prevents confusion and avoids unnecessary conflict.
